I am thankful that I got to talk to Mark and that he helped me calm down before my call with UNM.
I am thankful that my conversation with a UNM professor went really well. The professor even started planning courses with me, and even though there is nothing I can officially take online, she’s willing to let me Skype and take her class. How exciting, huh? I’d venture to say that if she’s going to bend over backwards like that for a non-degree student, I have a pretty good shot of being accepted in February, and I think I even have a good chance at getting an assistantship with the grant they’re trying to get. I’d get free tuition and get paid $12,000 a year. Fantastic!
